Dependent Information

Using GoArmy Ed

Initial Access:

1. Follow the link from the OU, CLS homepage or click here GoArmyEd.
2. New students must first create a login under the ‘New users’ tab at the top of the GoArmyEd screen.
3. Once you have established your account in GoArmyEd and been admitted you will only need to enroll each term to continue your degree.

Common Application:

1. Once you have your GoArmyEd login and password, you must complete the online Common Application in GoArmyEd.
2. As a new student, you will be prompted to complete a “Tuition Assistance Statement of Understanding” (SOU) and provide it to your Army Education Counselor.
3. You must meet with your Army Education Counselor to complete and activate your common application and ensure that your academic institution is indicated as “The University of Oklahoma—College of Liberal Studies” and that your degree program is noted appropriately.
4. After completing the above, this will prompt a file to be transferred to The University of Oklahoma - College of Liberal Studies where you will become an active student in the GoArmyEd Portal.
5. You must also complete the University of Oklahoma – College of Liberal Studies application for admission which can found at,

Registration (enrollment/tuition assistance):
After your common application has been completed and activated in the GoArmyEd Portal, and you have been admitted to the degree program, you can begin to enroll. You must enroll through the OU online enrollment system before you enroll in courses on GoArmyEd.

1. Go to https://webapps.ou.edu/pass/ and establish your OU Password and email account. You will be sent a letter with your OU ID number once you are admitted. Your OU Net ID is the first four letter of your last name and the last four digits of your ID number.
2. Once you have establish your password you will need to go to https://enroll.ou.edu/ and logon. Your Campus is Liberal Studies and the term would be the term you are enrolling (Summer, Fall or Spring).
3. Once you have the course number and section you can go to GoArmyEd and enroll for tuition payment through the GoArmyEd system.
