Introducing the OU YEA
First of all, congratulations! Now, you are an even more important member of the Sooner family, an alum. OU Engineers are a close network and we don’t want that to change just because you are no longer in Norman. The people you met and the things you were involved in are still important and will take you far. Let’s stay connected as young alumni and continue to show the world how Sooner Engineers pursue excellence. Involvement in the OU YEA includes access to:
- Networking Opportunities
- Professional and Leadership Development
- Connecting with OU Students
- Happy Hours
What do I do next?
A Message from Sarah Yung, OU-YEA Advisory Board Co-Chair
As engineering alumni of the University of Oklahoma, we have an opportunity to stay connected to each other and our Norman home. This organization will provide you with networking opportunities, professional development, and the chance to give back to the university that helped develop us into strong engineers. Whether you attend happy hours and events in your new city, travel back to campus to visit with students, or learn the basics to serving on advisory boards, OUYEA has something for you. This is the beginning of our new Sooner journey together.
