Diploma and Transcript

Diplomas are mailed approximately 2-3 months after the end of the semester to the address indicated on the Application for Graduation. Duplicate diplomas are available for students at the OUHSC. The cost is $50.00. Please contact Shanda Self at (405)271-2359 or via email at shanda-self@ouhsc.edu to obtain the proper form.

Diploma frames are available for purchase through the University Bookstore (campus locations or online store)

2009 Commencement DVD - Order Now! 

Commencement Photos: The University provides a professional photographer to take photos throughout the Commencement and Convocation exercises. Proofs will be sent to all graduates who provide contact information on the name card used at their Convocation ceremony.
