Things to Do in Norman

The Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History is open Tuesday through Sunday and is located at 2401 Chautauqua Avenue. During Commencement week, the museum will feature a special traveling exhibition called, "Stories in Fiber and Clay: Pottery and Baskets of the Southwest". In January 2005 the newly expanded Fred Jones Jr. Museum of Art opened its doors and welcomed the public back into a space that has not only grown larger, but has broadened the museum's capabilities to educate, enrich, and enthrall museum visitors. University of Oklahoma campus tours are offered through the Visitor's Center six days a week.
