The ITC is represented by faculty, staff and students of the University of Oklahoma including representatives of the Vice Presidents for Academic Affairs, Administrative Affairs, Research Administration and Information Technology.
Specifically, the membership of the Information Technology Council will consist of:
- Five faculty members selected by the Faculty Senate, and serving 3 year terms. (Terms to be staggered.),
- Four members from the administration, with one representative appointed by each of the President, the Provost, the Vice President for Administrative Affairs, and the Vice President for Research.
- Three staff members selected by the Staff Senate, and serving 3 year terms. (Terms to be staggered.)
- Three students, two appointed by the Student Administration and one appointed by the Graduate Senate, and serving 1 year terms with re-appointment allowed.
- The University's cheif information officer (ex officio, non-voting).
At the first meeting of each year the council will elect a Chair-Elect to serve as Chair for the following year and as an aide to the current Chair.
