The Student Learning Center in University College, offers free tutoring sessions. Concurrent Enrollment students can use this tutoring service by making small group appointments, online tutoring, taking advantage of faculty directed sessions, or simply doing a walk-in appointment. Advanced Placement Program

Canvas- Online Courses
Canvas is where students will access their online courses and might be used in traditional courses as well. Canvas makes collaboration easy, enabling students to share documents and host discussions. The calendar tool will help students stay organized by displaying assignments and due dates across all active courses. Here is a helpful website of Canvas tutorial videos.
From career planning to major exploration, OU Career Services can help you find the major or career that is perfect for you. If you want resume/interview prep, visit this page of their website. If you are trying to choose the right major for you the Career Services website also has lists of majors and what jobs you can get with that degree.
Checking OU Email
This is where you will login using your email and password to check your email. You must check your OU Email daily because this is how instructors will communicate with you about class cancellations, updates, etc.
College Level Examination
The College Level Examination Program (CLEP) has examinations that OU awards credit, visit the College Level Examination table for more information.
Classnav is a great tool used to plan your schedule. You can access this website from home and you can view OU’s course offerings for each semester. Be sure to use the dropdown menu on the left side to select the semester you are interested in and then use the GenEd Type box to select classes.
General Catalog- Checksheets
All of OU's degree checksheets are on this website. Once you find your major and your checksheet, you will be able to see all of the courses you will need to graduate with that particular major.
International Baccalaureate Program
For students who have taken higher level courses in the International Baccalaureate Program, you can use this IB chart to see what OU credits you will be awarded based on your scores.

One is the gateway to OU’s student information resources, providing single sign-on, 24/7, web-based access to resources you will use daily. On the Academics tab, you can print your schedule. This is also where you will pay your OU bill and enroll in courses.
You can get a copy of your OU transcript in person at the Office of Enrollment Services and Academic Records in Buchanan Hall, 1000 Asp Avenue room 230. Photo ID is required. Regular business hours are Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

- You can get a copy of your OU transcript you can either fax or mail a transcript request form, or order a transcript online. The address to fax or mail the form to is:

- An official transcript will be mailed within 3 to 5 working days upon receipt of a completed request.
- Written authorization is required to release your transcript to another person, and the person picking up your transcript must show a photo ID.
- There is no charge for transcripts.

Students can take the CART bus system to get to their classes. Students can park at the Lloyd Noble Center and take CART, to and from classes. Visit the CART schedule for more information.
The Writing Center assists students with one-on-one writing consultations. Students can meet individually with a writing consultant to get feedback at any point in their writing process. You can make an appointment or walk-in during the hours they are open. There are also online consultations available. Visit the Writing Center website for more information or to make an appointment.
