Water Aerobics

Tired of doing laps?  Water aerobics is a great way to get aquatic exercise and have some fun!

Aqua Zumba®

• A fusion of dance and hypnotic International rhythms
• A dynamic and high energy fitness class in the water
• Low impact, cardio and strength for all fitness levels

Dance & Drill
• Combination of dance rhythms and strength intervals
• A total body workout using current Hip rhythmic beats

Hydro Cardio
• Cardio training in the water using various exercises and equipment

Hydro HIIT
• Combination of cardio and strength intervals with short bursts of high intensity work and recovery in the water
• A total body workout using gyros, dumbbells, noodles, and more in deep or shallow water
• For all fitness levels

Hydro Kickboxing
•Increase coordination and stamina using kickboxing moves in the water.

Power Water Aerobics

• Cardio endurance and strength training in the water
• A 30-minute full-body workout

Shallow/Deep Water Aerobics
• A total body workout using gyros, dumbbells, noodles, and more in deep or shallow water
• For all fitness levels
