Membership

OU Norman campus students receive membership with tuition. Student spouse memberships are available for Norman Campus and Health Sciences Center student spouses for a nominal fee.  To purchase a membership the student must provide a valid One Card Student ID and proof of residing in the same household such as a marriage certificate, utility bill, driver’s license, or rental lease.

Fitness

The Huston Huffman Fitness Center offers Group Fitness classes, Personal Training, free Body Composition testing, weight training classes and much more.  Visit the Fitness page for more information about what the Huston Huffman Fitness Center offers

Recreation

Fitness and Recreation provides a variety of recreational opportunities for our students.  Fitness and Recreation is home to the OU Sport Clubs and also host adaptive sports events.  Fitness and Recreation also provides students with the opportunity to participate in our outdoor pursuits excursions. The Huston Huffman Fitness Center features a climbing wall that is open to all students.  There is an activity for every student.    

Intramurals

Fitness and Recreation host a variety of team and individual intramural sporting events so there is something for everyone!  Different sporting events are held each semester so check out the Intramural page for more information

Aquatics

The Murray Case Sells Swim Complex features an indoor and outdoor pool.  In addition to lap and recreational swim, the swim complex offers water aerobic classes that are available to student members who have purchased a group fitness membership and is included in the tudent spouse membership.  The aquatics page provides more information on hours, events and activities. 

Healthy Sooners

The Healthy Sooners website is a great resource for information on healthy living. You can find fitness and nutrition information as well as tools to help you reach your health and wellness goals.
