Residents, please review these important notices regarding OU Traditions Square community living

Summer 2012 Housing

If you are enrolled for Fall 2012 as an upperclass student, look into staying at OU Traditions Square this summer.  Summer Contracts begin in mid-May with 4-bed and 2-bed options, as space allows. For more information on summer housing at OU Traditions Square, please call (405) 325-2511 or email housinginfo@ou.edu today!

If you currently live at OU Traditions Square, please don't forget that buildings D, L and M are not available for traditional residency.  Call your clubhouse or Housing and Food Services to learn more.

Telephone Service

In an effort to keep your rates low and better meet the needs of residents,  local telephone service is not an included amenitity at OU Traditions Square.  Local telephone service is still an available option to residents for a monthly charge of $20. This charge will be applied to your Bursar account.  If you have any questions or would like to add the service, please speak with a representative in the Housing and Food Services Office at (405) 325-2511.

After-Hours Lockouts

For lockouts occuring after office hours, please call your respective clubhouse. Residents of Traditions East can call (405) 325-4040. Residents of Traditions West can call (405) 325-1900. After-hours lockout calls will result in a fee of $60 being placed on your bursar account and possibly the cost of re-keying the apartment locks.

Maintenance Requests

The OU Housing maintenance team is here to help you with any questions you have regarding the maintenance and upkeep of your apartment. If you have a maintenance issue, please submit an online maintenance request. This form is for general requests and should not be used for emergency situations. If you have an emergency, please call maintenance at (405) 325-4421.

United States Postal Service (USPS) Package Tracking

When tracking a package online, USPS informs you when your package has been delivered to campus. The OU post office must sort and deliver all mail sent to campus.   A delivered status from USPS does not indicate that your package is ready for pickup at the clubhouse.  On the day your package is to be delivered to the clubhouse, you will receive notification from the OU Post Office.  Neither OU Traditions Square nor OU Housing and Food Services staff can accept packages on your behalf from FedEx or UPS.
