In an effort to keep your rates low and better meet the needs of residents,  local telephone service is not an included amenitity at OU Traditions Square.  Local telephone service is still available option to residents for a monthly charge of $20.  This charge will be applied to your Bursar account.  Please speak with a representative in the Housing and Food Services Office, Walker Center, Room 126, if you have any questions or should you desire local telephone service.

After office hours, call the clubhouse. Residents of Traditions East can call (405) 325-4040. Residents of Traditions West can call (405) 325-1900. After-hour lockout calls will result in a fee of $60 being placed on your bursar account as well as the potential cost to re-key your apartment locks.

Pool Hours:
The pool is open from 10 a.m. through 10 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 10 a.m. until midnight on Friday and Saturday, and noon-10 pm on Sundays. Management may elect to close the pool with limited notice for maintenance or severe weather.

The Housing Maintenance Team is here to help you with any questions you have regarding maintenance and upkeep of your apartment.  Please submit an online request at your earliest convenience.  This form is general requests and should not be used for emergency maintenance requests. If you have an emergency request, please call Customer Service at (405) 325-4421.

When tracking a package online, USPS informs you when your package has been delivered to campus. The OU post office must sort and deliver all mail sent to campus.   A delivered status from USPS does not signify that your package is ready for pickup at the clubhouse.  On the day your package is to be delivered to the clubhouse, you will receive notification from the OU Post Office.  OU Traditions Square/Housing and Food Services staff can not accept packages on your behalf from FedEx or UPS.
