Complete a few simple steps to be a part of a wonderful community!
For all of the on-campus housing options (residence halls, OU Traditions Square, and Kraettli Apartments) you must first complete an online housing application.
A $30 non-refundable application fee is required to process the application, and once your are admitted to the University, you will be able to complete a contract or pre-lease for your preferred housing selection. If you have any questions about your application or contract, please call a housing specialst at (888) 416-9524.
If you wish to live in the residence halls, please complete the residence hall contract.
If you wish to live in Kraettli Apartments, please complete the Kraettli Apartment Pre-Lease.
If you wish to live in OU Traditions Square Apartments, please complete the OU Traditions Square contract.
Completing the housing application and contract or lease as soon as possible maximizes chances of you being assigned to your preferred housing location.
The Housing and Food Services office (1406 Asp Ave) is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. The office is closed on weekends and major holidays.
