Course Rosters Now in oZONE

As a part of our ongoing efforts to ensure that you can access the most accurate and updated course enrollment information, iThink was turned off on May 26, 2010.
 
“The Book,” accessed through oZONE, became the official record for current and future course information beginning December 2009. iThink no longer receives course and enrollment updates. 


To access course photo rosters and downloadable rosters:

1.     Log into http://oZONE.ou.edu. 

2.     Click the Faculty and Staff tab. 

3.    Select View Course Photo Rosters in theFaculty and Staff Academic Services channel on the right-hand side. This will open the new tool located inside The Book. (If you would like to access The Book directly, you can log in here: https://enroll.ou.edu/thebook/)

4.     Choose Instructor Course List from the left-hand menu to display your courses on the right side. 

5.     Click each course title to access photo rosters and downloadable rosters. 


Enrollment Services now supports the new iThink replacement tools inside oZone. Please send questions, issues, or concerns – EXCLUDING COURSE COMBINE REQUESTS – to classroom-management@ou.edu. 

NOTE:  The new oZONE tool does not support D2L Course Combines. Log into http://learn.ou.edu and view the Combining Courses article under News for more information.
