OU IT Store return policy

The OU IT Store reserves the right to deny any return.

A valid ID and the original purchase receipt are required for all returns.

Returns for all unopened, unused merchandise may be made within 10 business days to the original form of payment. Refunds must be made using the original payment method.  If the original transaction used a credit/debit card, customer must present the credit/debit card used in the original transaction.

After 10 business days, returns for all unopened, unused merchandise may be made up to 20 business days for store credit only.

All opened computer accessories and peripherals (cases, cables, printers, keyboards, etc.) are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Unopened software, in its original packaging, may be returned for a full refund.
 
All opened STANDARD CONFIGURED SYSTEMS, (i.e. laptops, iPads, iPods, desktops) must have original packaging and all accessories and are subject to a 25% restocking fee and may only be returned for store credit.

All opened CUSTOMER CONFIGURED SYSTEMS, (i.e. laptops, desktops) must have original packaging and all accessories and are subject to a 35% restocking fee and may only be returned for store credit.

The following items are not returnable:  opened software, damaged or abused items, items missing components or accessories (cables, remotes, charges, etc.), personalized items, labor, delivery and installation services.

Please remove all personal data and accessories from exchanged and returned items.
 
The OU IT Store is not responsible for any personal data or accessories left in or on exchanged and returned items.

Identical items purchased within 10 business days of an advertised sale may be returned during the sale event for the customer to receive store credit for the difference in price paid versus the advertised price.  This does not include items offered as free with purchase of another item.

Items included in a bundled promotion will have their value deducted from the refund or credit amount if all items are not returned at the same time.  For example, if a customer receives $150 in savings when purchasing a computer and printer together, the OU IT Store will deduct $150 from the refund or credit if only one of the items are returned.  In order to receive a full refund or credit, all items included in the promotion must be returned together.
