American Indian Institute, The University of Oklahoma
  • American Indian Institute (Aii) brings together specialists from North American Indian tribes and bands representing such diverse areas as education, human services, sociology, psychology, history, economics, research, and evaluation to provide leadership and strategies related to complex social and human problems and challenges. Aii service delivery is through workshops, seminars, conferences, on-site consultation, and technical assistance on a state, regional, national, and international basis.
Center for Early Childhood Professional Development
  • Center for Early Childhood Professional Development’s (CECPD) mission is increasing quality care for young children. CECPD provides training and technical assistance for early care and education professionals with the goal that they become knowledgeable individuals who display a commitment to excellence that result in improved educational foundations and quality of life for all Oklahoma children.

  • Center for Effective Schools (CES) is a nationally recognized Effective Schools center that serves as a professional development and technical assistance provider. Effective Schools is a scientifically researched-based reform model built on the Seven Correlates of Effectiveness. The mission of the University of Oklahoma Center for Effective Schools is to provide high-impact capacity-building training and technical assistance for school improvement which leads to Learning for ALL.
Center for Public Management, The University of Oklahoma
  • Center for Public Management (CPM) began as SATTRN, a satellite-training network for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. The mission of the CPM is to transform lives through knowledge by providing highly effective quality and customized solutions enabling our partner organizations to fulfill their mission. CPM is dedicated to providing quality and economical solutions that help meet the dynamic needs of today’s organizations. CPM partners with clients to build an integrated strategy to realize all the advantages of traditional and technology-based approaches.

  • Conference Pros provides conference logistics support services for federal and state programs. Our services include conference, meeting, and event planning services for associations and the private sector. Conference Pros aids international, national, regional and local agencies and organizations in designing, developing and conducting conferences that meet the specific needs of their direct clientele.

Evaluation and Testing, The University of Oklahoma College of Continuing Education
  • Evaluation and Testing (E&T) provides a wide range of testing services to students in public, private and home schools across the nation. As the largest comprehensive testing service in Oklahoma, E&T aids educators in determining their assessment needs including test selection, scoring, data interpretation and materials. As school budgets tighten, E&T has explored innovative ways for districts to make the most of their testing dollars. Whether scores are used for individual remediation or district-wide curriculum alignment, E&T equips teachers, parents and administrators with comprehensive assessment information.
ETTQ: Executive Training - Team Quest
  • Executive Training and Team Quest (ETTQ) equips teams and leaders with skills and tools to become more effective. Through continued collaboration, ETTQ strives to create partnerships where clients can expect sustainable change. ETTQ satisfies the needs of adult learners through unique training that incorporates action learning, self-assessment, focused discussion, and engaging classroom instruction.
MC3: Mid-Continent Comprehensive Center, University of Oklahoma College of Continuing Education
  • Mid-Continent Comprehensive Center (MC3) provides frontline support to state departments of education in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma to help them implement the Elementary and Secondary Education Act and federal school improvement programs. MC3 works to help increase state capacity to aid districts and schools in meeting their student achievement goals. Centers are responsible for developing strong relationships within their regional community to support this work. MC3 is one of 16 regional comprehensive centers funded by the U.S. Department of Education
NCDET: The National Center for Disability Education & Training
NRCYS: National Resource Center for Youth Services, The University of Oklahoma
  • National Resource Center for Youth Services (NRCYS) works to improve the quality of life for the nation’s at-risk youth and their families by improving the effectiveness of human services. NRCYS serves as the umbrella for eight to ten state and federal grants and contracts designed to support professionals working with youth in out of home care. The Center mainly focuses its efforts on working with systems and professionals working with older youth in foster care and runaway and homeless youth.
PSI: Public Service Institute
  • Public Service Institute (PSI) - The demographics of change in society are constant and accelerating rapidly. Many organizations have difficulty responding to this rapid rate of change. The Public Service Institute guides leaders with processes that show them how to effectively manage change and allow their organizations to remain dynamic and supportive to its clients as well as how to handle change and still provide unchanging bedrock of service.
The Southwest Center for Human Relations Studies
  • Southwest Center for Human Relation Studies (SWCHRS) provides client-based training programs focusing on educational and training programs through special institutes, conferences, workshops, and seminars; developing client-based training programs focusing on cultural diversity, and cross-cultural communication in both educational and workplace settings; developing and disseminating information about various populations and critical issues and concerns that impact their lives; assessing community and institutional problems and formulating policy recommendations; and performing applied community studies, needs and capabilities assessment, and program evaluations.
Southwest Prevention Center, University of Oklahoma Outreach College of Continuing Education
  • Southwest Prevention Center (SWPC) is a dynamic resource dedicated to prevention by building safe and healthy communities through shared knowledge, skill and capacity development. SWPC strives to cultivate healthy, drug-free environments through community, school and organizational capacity building. SWPC provides training, technical assistance, materials development, program evaluation and information dissemination to schools, community-based coalitions, policy makers and other social service and professional agencies.
Workforce Oklahoma
  • Workforce Oklahoma Training Institute (WOTI) provides support to the Oklahoma workforce development system, creates career development programs, and increases the knowledge and skills of those professionals engaged in Oklahoma’s labor force.
