Diana is responsible for ensuring all action items requiring Regent’s approval are identified and included on the appropriate agenda. She also is responsible for ensuring proper communication is made to current and prospective employees in accordance with University and Regent policy.

Daniel is responsible for ensuring that timely and accurate financial information is maintained by the Provost’s Office in order to prepare monthly financial reports, including budget to actual, trend and ratio analyses across colleges and departments. Daniel is also responsible for reviewing and authorizing budgetary change requests from colleges and departments and actively monitoring commitments made to colleges and departments to ensure timely payment and accurate budgeting. Daniel oversees the payroll, accounts payable, and other financial related processes for the Provost’s Office and serves as a liaison with finance personnel at the college and department level to assist in the annual budget process and day-to-day authorization of various expenditure requests.
