May 6, 2014 - TU Reynolds Center - 7pm
The OU-Tulsa Convocation ceremony will take place on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at the Reynolds Center on the University of Tulsa campus. The convocation ceremony is open to all OU-Tulsa students (besides those in the College of Pharmacy) completing their degree program in the fall 2013, spring 2014, or summer 2014. Each student's name will be called as they walk across the stage to receive their diploma (and be hooded by their faculty if receiving a Masters or Doctoral degree). Please invite your family and friends to join us for this important academic and professional milestone!

What to Wear
All graduates should wear appropriate caps, gowns, tassles. Masters and doctoral level students will also be "hooded" as part of the Convocation ceremony, and must have a hood as well. While the official OU regalia is not required, we do recommend that you purchase the official OU-issued regalia items.
Again, the necessary items that you will need differ depending on the academic degree. If you cannot attend the Graduation Gear-Up event on February 27, 2014, please come by Student Affairs (room 1C76 in Founders Student Union) to complete the order form for your regalia items. Once we have your completed order form and payment (check or credit card information), our staff will pick up your regalia items from the Norman campus. Please make every attempt to complete your order form with us by Friday, April 18, 2014.
To order personalized announcements for the OU-Tulsa Convocation, please visit with the Josten's representative during OU-Tulsa's "Graduation Gear-Up" on Thursday, March 14, 2013, between 10am-6pm in the Founders Student Center. If you cannot attend the Gear-Up event, you can order personalized invitations through the Jostens website. You will need to select the "University of Oklahoma" and "Tulsa" as the location to make sure the OU-Tulsa Convocation information appears on your invitation.
