2015 Annual Tenure & Promotion Workshop

The Annual Tenure and Promotion Workshop is co-sponsored by the Provost Office and the Center for Teaching Excellence. The purpose of the workshop is twofold: 1) to help early career faculty begin preparing for the tenure and promotion process at OU and 2) to address important information for faculty members who are in their final years of the process.

Sooner New Faculty Orientation

The orientation brings together new faculty and acclimates them to the University of Oklahoma and surrounding community. Faculty will meet the units and personnel responsible for establishing their careers on campus.

See last year's schedule below and check back soon for 2015's event which will be held August 17-18. Reminder emails will be sent as the event nears.

Faculty Learning Communities for New Faculty

The learning communities foster meaningful conversation and relationships with faculty and personnel from across the campus. Faculty will deepen their understanding and engagement of the content areas that are relevant to their interests.
