As a contract performance reviewer you will receive six hours of training credit. To qualify for six hours of training for a Contract Performance Review the following expectations are to be met:

The reviewer must review one child’s case record and any additional files that pertain to that child within the Agency utilizing OKDHS specific contractual instrument.

Interview the child involved in the case record reviewed.

Interview all key parties within the Agency who are responsible for the Safety, Permanency and Well-being of that child.
