This workshop will teach CW staff the skills necessary to assess cases using the Outcomes Protocol used in the State Children and Family Services Reviews and Child Welfare Case Reviews. Staff will become more familiar with the concept of measuring positive outcomes in Safety, Permanency, and Wellbeing for children and families. The Child Welfare Practice Standards, Practice Model and their connection to achieving outcomes will also be explored. Each participant should bring with them the case number (KK#) and KIDS client ID of one client involved in a CW Permanency Planning case with a case plan goal of reunification. This should be a client from their own county. |
