Terry Stover M.S., LBP, CEAP, MAC, SAP will be the facilitator of the training. Terry is Senior Manager of Community Care Behavioral Health & Employee Assistance Program and has 23 years of experience as a certified trainer of SASSI and other assessments. In addition to a Masters in Counseling Psychology and a Licensed Behavioral Health Practitioner , Terry is a nationally Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), by the governing board of EAPA, with experience in clinical assessment of alcohol and drug related issues. Terry also holds a Masters of Addiction Counseling and is a certified Criminal Justice Specialist. Terry's clinical experience in assessment and treatment qualified him as a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), under federal government guidelines.
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
SASSI -Substance Abuse Subtle Screening Inventory – This workshop aims to provide accurate, substantive, and brief psychological instruments for those working in the helping professions to aid in the identification of individuals with substance use disorders.
