This interactive class will cover two subjects for supervisors.  One day will address various ways to improve supervision skills including how to deal with difficult personalities, how to balance praise and encouragement with constructive criticism, enhancing motivation, and helping the overwhelmed employee. The other day will provide a practice model that focuses on solution building, client competency, and signs of safety.
