LODGING ACCOMMODATIONS:
Lodging will be provided on the night of Day 1 for individuals traveling in excess of 120 miles. Lodging will be in the Embassy Suites and nearby hotel for overflows. A verification e‐mail will be sent out a week prior to the conference date.
If lodging is not needed, please contact Wishard@ou.edu and your room will be cancelled.
