Description

Come to the workshop to get motivated and plan a successful transition to your supervisor role.  As a new supervisor, you now have the responsibility of a manager, the satisfaction of seeing workers grow and the opportunity to lead your unit.  This workshop presents practical tips on establishing boundaries, the 4C’s approach on what to do first and emphasizes the clinical aspects of child welfare supervision.  Exploring your new duties as administrator, supporter, educator or clinical advisor, we can provide tools and suggestions to get you off to a successful start.  Throughout this training we remember to take care of ourselves and practice stress reduction.  You will leave excited with many new ideas on how to lead your unit to best practice in the child welfare arena.
