What can you, as a supervisor, do to retain your workers?  This training will give participants steps for managing negativity in the workplace and warning signs of performance problems.  Participants will assess their management style and learn to move beyond style conflicts.  They will identify the strategies in providing supervision.  How-to steps for coping effectively with difficult behavior will be shared, as well as handling common defensive responses to corrective feedback.
