This workshop provides critical tools for developing worker competency and offers effective methods for determining where workers need improvement.  Participants will learn ways of assessing workers  learning needs and styles of learning, as well as approaches to help workers assess their own learning needs.  Participants will also learn ways to give workers crucial feedback and questioning techniques to improve worker competency and develop shared accountability for cases/inspections.
