In this workshop, the focus will be on the stages of professional development and utilization of specific tools and approaches to recruit, select, and develop individual staff competency. The workshop will provide models for supervisory assessment and strategic conferencing and coaching. Participants will engage in facilitated consultation and action planning, designed to work across program and practice areas utilizing individual strengths and needs.
