Effective Supervisors and Managers do not simply direct implementation of a practice model, they actively seek ways to model and nurture a culture of practice in the way that local and regional teams are configured. Oklahoma's practice model has an emphasis on voice and empowerment as well as accountability. This workshop will serve as an opportunity to mirrior and model the principles and practices that we want to see in the front line. This includes an emphasis on self-reflection and organizational assessment to insure that we continue to grow and embed the practice we want to see in every level of interaction that occurs within and with the agency. |
