The objective of this class are to introduce DHS Program Staff to concepts and skills that will prepare them to have greater success as presenters and with class development. The topics that will be covered in this workshop are:

• Practice using experiential techniques which match adult learning styles and preferences.
• Identify evaluation methods which help determine whether training goals were met.
• Select training methods which work well with a variety of content areas.
• Identify whether designed to meet both organizational goals and learners' needs.

This training is for Child Welfare Program Staff , Trainers, Mentors and is limited to 20 participants.
