The training section has updated much of its interviewing training in the past few years. As a Lead Worker, you are mentoring workers who have received this new training and no doubt understand the importance of updating your skills. This two day workshop will provide Lead Workers with techniques on how to improve these skills with children and how to mentor staff in these highly effective advanced techniques.
