This three hour training focus on the legal issues and the practical and policy implications surrounding  ICWA.  It will help workers have a better understanding of ICWA law and policy as well as information to ensure they are meeting the requirements.

This workshop is required for all Child Welfare workers who completed Preparation for Court and Effective Witnessing after July 1, 2007.
