We are polling media representatives to determine how we can improve the way we provide you with the military public affairs information you need. This survey should only take a few minutes of your time. If you have frequent contact with the military, you will probably be asked to complete this survey more then once. Please take your time and answer as honestly as you can. We appreciate your assistance in completing this study.

A 1 means you strongly disagree, a 2 means you disagree, a 3 means you disagree somewhat, a 4 means you are neutral or unsure, a 5 means you agree somewhat, a 6 means you agree, and a 7 means you strongly agree. Please carefully read each statement. Circle the number that corresponds to your opinion of the statement on the following line.
