The Services of the Armed Forces have established workable measurements to review internal information programs. With embarking technological advancements, the face of information exchange is changing from print mediums to more electronic avenues in the civilian market. Presumably, people on military installations also desire more sophisticated information exchange methods. Yet, few, if any, studies have examined the effectiveness of internal information content, structure and delivery vehicle. Further research in this area is recommended.
