      Catlett Music Center

Catlett Music Center is home to the University of Oklahoma School of Music, one of the oldest schools of music in the central United States. It encompasses the vocal and instrumental music majors and performing ensembles.  Not a music major?   Any university student can audition for performing opportunities from operas to the Pride of Oklahoma Marching band!

Named for Stanley B. Catlett, the Catlett Music Center has won numerous architectural awards, innovatively housing a concert hall, recital hall, performance courtyards, expansive rehearsal suites, classrooms, studios & tech labs and fine arts library.  Once inside the front door, you’ll find yourself in the grand entrance and Gothic Hall, where towers one of the largest and finest pipe organs in the southwestern United States.
