Oklahoma Memorial Union

The Memorial Union is the hub of campus life. Students, staff and visitors can find everything to get through a day in great style: eateries for different tastes & schedules, lounges of all descriptions, bookstore, computer lab, movie theater, post office, ATM & OU Credit Union, student radio station and art gallery! There is even event space and a grand ballroom for official and formal functions. “The Union” is also THE one-stop shop to sign up for the 300+ student activities and organizations that make OU life memorable and fun.

Serving students since 1928, the Union was built along with The University of Oklahoma Memorial Stadium to initially honor the OU Students killed in World War I, and has since extended to those who serve in all wars and national emergencies. The Union was extensively restored to its present day glory and is filled with artwork, historical pieces and memorabilia unique to The University of Oklahoma.
