• Satisfactory completion of the comprehensive exam
• Complete of required courses for the program is
expected within 2
years of 1st enrollment
You should be aware that the current guidelines for qualifying
to become a
Licensed Professional Counselor require 60 hours of coursework.
Students
desiring to pursue licensure are able to take 11 - 12 additional
hours of
coursework beyond the Masters (may take courses concurrently)
and will receive
a certificate in Community Counseling upon completion.
