STUDENT TRAVEL FUNDS

All EDAH students are encouraged to attend professional and scholarly conferences during their matriculation in the program. Consistent with this objective, the EDAH faculty has created a special fund dedicated to assisting students defray part of their travel expenses to conferences.
A total of four awards ($300 each) will be given each semester based on a selection process taken by the EDAH Resources Committee. Travel support will not be awarded in the spring to those students who have received support in the fall. Priorities will be given to those who are presenting papers in conferences. There will be no post hoc consideration for these travel awards.
Students who are interested in applying are required to fill out this application form and submit it to Trudy Rhodes, who will then forward the application to members of the EDAH Resources Committee. The deadline for application is August 15 for the fall semester and January 15 for the spring semester.
