Barbara A. Greene
Dr. Greene is a professor at the University of Oklahoma who teaches undergraduate and graduate classes in the Instructional Psychology and Technology Program. Her classes are on topics related to cognition, motivation, and research methods. Professor Greene has been publishing research on motivation and academic learning for nearly 20 years. Recently her research has focused on a) Motivation and cognitive engagement in academic learning and b) teacher learning and development. Professor Greene serves as Associate Editor of Contemporary Educational Psychology. She is Vice President of Division C of the American Educational Research Association and will serve as VP from 2016 to 2018.
