• New Student Checklist This form can either be printed and filled out by hand, or it can be completed online and then printed.

• Veterans Confirmation Form This form can either be printed and filled out by hand, or it can be completed online and then printed. If you choose to fill it out online, you must hit the RESET button after printing the form to clear your information from the form. Submit the printed form to your college advisor for approval of your courses.
