Susan Shaughnessy is an associate professor of acting and directing and head of the performance area in the School of Drama.  She holds an MFA in directing from the University of New Orleans, and has directed over 75 productions nationally, both academic and professional.  Recent OU directing credits include Our Town,  The Diary of a Scoundrel, Antigone, Three Sisters, Cosi, The Time of Your Life, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Dirty Work at the Crossroads, Arsenic and Old Lace and Forever Plaid.  Susan is an associate member of the Society of Stage Directors and Choreographers.
