Graduation

During the semester prior to the semester in which he or she plans to graduate, a graduate student must complete an Application for Candidacy and a Graduation application and submit them to the Graduate College.  Check the Course Schedule book for the exact deadlines. The Master's Thesis Packet is available from the Graduate College.  The Application for Candidacy form is available online at: http://gradweb.ou.edu/docs/forms/masters/masters.htm.  The Application for Candidacy must be checked and signed by the Graduate Liaison before submission to the Graduate College.  Failure to submit this paperwork by the deadline may result in the student's graduation date being postponed a full semester.  See the current Graduate Bulletin for a complete Master's Degree Checklist.
