Auditions

MFA directing students will attend general auditions each semester when they are directing a show.  These usually consist of two days of cattle calls and two or three days of callbacks. All of the directors then meet for a casting session under the guidance of the Artistic Director.  Each director is asked to have first, second and third choices for each role in their show. Studio productions are cast at the same time for the entire semester, although there are situations in which we occasionally hold separate auditions.
