Fort-five paintings by Research Professor of Art Emeritus Oscar B. Jacobson, ranging from 1906 to 1961. Dr. Jacobson, one of the pioneers of art in Oklahoma, was Director of the School of Art from 1911 to 1950 and founded the Museum of Art at the University of Oklahoma in 1936. His paintings are based on themes from France, North Africa and the western United States.
