Offered on the heels of the popular annual student exhibition, the School of Art and Art History Faculty Exhibition features work by University of Oklahoma faculty across multiple art disciplines and media. Anticipated works include photography, printmaking, new media, and sculpture.

Explore art in the museum’s special exhibitions, and enjoy a variety of hands-on art activities for the entire family. Check out the School of Art and Art History Faculty Exhibition and a range of artist’s materials during this unique Family Day.

Gallery Talk

Participants include: Robert Bailey, Alison Fields, and Allison Palmer
Faculty members from the Art History department will lead the first of two informal walking tours of the School of Art and Art History Faculty Exhibition.

Closing Reception
Thursday, Sept. 1
6 p.m.: Gallery Talk

Participants include: Jackson Rushing, Mary Jo Watson, and Byron Price
Faculty members from the Art History department will lead an informal walking tour of the School of Art and Art History Faculty Exhibition.

7 p.m.: Public Closing Reception
Sandy Bell Gallery

Following the gallery talk, join us as we celebrate the return of the faculty exhibition with a public reception featuring complimentary hors d’oeuvres, cash bar, and live music.
