The museum announced in fall 2013 the gift of one of the finest private collections of contemporary antiquities, ceramics and glass from the Mark Landrum Estate. A temporary exhibition of Italian works is on display in the Ann and Hugh Roff Gallery on the first floor. Nearly a dozen works include oil paintings, pastel and gouache drawings, and mixed media, and span nearly 200 years. This selection complements other European art from the museum's permanent collection currently displayed in the Lester Wing.
