Education and Programs



    The Fred Jones Jr. Museum of Art offers a wide range of programs for adults, children, families, students, and teachers.   All of the programs are offered free of charge--with paid museum admission or membership--unless otherwise noted.   Please call (405) 325-3270 for more information or to confirm dates and times.


    Education programs this year have been made possible in part by a grant from
    the Kirkpatrick Family Fund.

    Art Adventures

    Engage your child's creativity through stories and art activities for ages 3 - 5 with an adult.   Held in the Dee Dee and Jon Stuart classroom.   Museum admission is free on Tuesdays.


    Art After Hours

    Get acquainted with the museum’s permanent collection during these 45-minute talks featuring works including in temporary exhibitions.  Light refreshments will be served.  Held twice each month in the Dee Dee and Jon Stuart Classroom on the museum's lower level.
