Student Firewall Exception Request

This form must be completed by any student who is requesting a firewall exception to support his/her academic pursuits. Each exception will be made available for the remainder of the academic year, or, in the case of an early transfer/departure, when the student leaves. The form must be approved by a Faculty Sponsor then submitted to the IT Security Office.
