8:00 Welcome – Larry Weider (Cafeteria/Brillhart Hall)
8:30 – Social/Visiting Hour & Research Poster Session (Brillhart Hall Lobby)

10:30-12:00 FUOBS Executive Board meeting
12:00-1:00 Lunch
Students come to FUOBS Celebration and have your name placed
in hat for a $1000 voucher to help cover costs of a 2012 summer session at UOBS. Must be registered and in attendance on Saturday Oct. 15th in afternoon.
2:00-3:00 Business Meeting – including State-of-the-Station (Larry Weider; Elections and welcoming new Board members (Library)
3:00-5:00 Live Auction (Library)
3:30 – Coffee break items available in the Library
5:00-6:00 Social (Brillhart Hall)
6:00-7:00 Banquet and awards including scholarship and raffle basket drawings.
7:30–8:30 Special Guest Lecture - Dr. Scott V. Edwards (Harvard U.)
Title – “Using DNA in studying biogeography and speciation in Australian birds”.
