The Gaylord Ambassadors are Gaylord College’s premiere student organization with a membership consisting of top journalism and mass communication students from all five majors of the College of Journalism.

The Ambassadors act as public representatives of Gaylord College, both internally and externally. Their duties and activities include contact with prospective students, meeting and hosting nationally known scholars and journalists visiting the University of Oklahoma and acting as liaisons between students and faculty and alumni.

The Gaylord Ambassadors are active at Gaylord College events and host the Fall Homecoming celebration as well as hosting guest speakers annually in the Spring.
