We are ready to assist you with research questions and finding information within the library or from other sources. Group instruction and one-on-one consultation is available. An in-house catalog of Gaylord Library holdings is available and an online (GLibCat) catalog is currently in development.
Required readings for courses are located at the Reference Desk. A valid University ID is required to use these materials, and they may be used only in the Library.
The Reading Room is intended to be a quite study area with seating for 56 at tables, window seats, and study carrels. Wireless access is available for those with laptops.
MacPro laptops are available for use by Gaylord College students. These contain much of the same software as in the main labs. Laptops may be checked out at the Reference Desk to be used only within the Library. A valid OU ID is required and enrollment in a JMC course is necessary to receive access to the network servers.
