Bob Burke Donates Collection to the OU Libraries

Bob Burke, Gaylord College graduate of 1970, has donated a large collection of presidential signatures and campaign pins to the OU libraries.

The collection consist of letters, documents, photographs and writings signed by every US president and vice president from George Washington to George W. Bush. The gift also includes writings, signatures and documents of 43 people who have served as Speaker of the United States House of Representatives, more than 600 political campaign buttons and other presidential memorabilia.

The Bob Burke Autographs of American Leaders exhibit at the University of Oklahoma opened Monday, April 28, on the main floor of Bizzell Memorial Library.
