Charlene New

Charlene is a junior from Edmond, OK, majoring in broadcasting and electronic media and minoring in marketing. She is a DJ for the Wire and works behind the scenes on the music show, The Set. This past summer New was an intern for World’s Fair, an artist management and record label administration company. New also serves on the CAC concert series executive board.

New is on the Dean’s list for Gaylord College of Journalism and Mass Communication and part of Alpha Lambda Delta. In her spare time she likes to run and play ultimate Frisbee for the OU intramural team. After graduation New would like to attend NYU for a master’s in music business.
